CAFTA-DR Agreement: Committee for the Implementation of Textile Agreements Determines 100% Polyester Sharkskin Fabric Not Available

The Committee for the Implementation of Textile Agreements has determined that 100% polyester sharkskin fabric, a key textile product, is not being supplied in commercial quantities in a timely manner in the Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, and the United States, as required by the CAFTA-DR Agreement.
