Notice of Intent to Grant Exclusive License

Notice is hereby given that the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service, intends to grant to Krimar of Lower Sackville, Nova Scotia, Canada an exclusive license to U.S. Patent No. 6,232,880, "Animal Control System Using Global Positioning and Instrumental Animal Conditioning," issued on May 15, 2001.
