Cotton Board Rules and Regulations: Adjusting Supplemental Assessment on Imports (2008 Amendments)

The Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) is updating the Cotton Board Rules and Regulations to align supplemental assessments on imported cotton with those on domestically produced cotton, effective from 2008. The update also removes outdated Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) numbers.
