FMCSA Finalizes Hours of Service Rule for Commercial Motor Vehicle Drivers

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has adopted the final version of its hours of service rule, allowing commercial motor vehicle drivers to work up to 11 hours within a 14-hour window after at least 10 consecutive hours off duty, and to restart their weekly on-duty limits after 34 consecutive hours off duty.
