EPA Revises Regulations for Concentrated Animal Feeding Operations (CAFOs) in Response to Court Order

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is revising its regulations for Concentrated Animal Feeding Operations (CAFOs) in response to a court order issued by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, with the goal of restoring and maintaining the nation's water quality by ensuring proper management of manure generated by CAFOs.
