EPA Issues Revised Exceptional Event Rule for Ozone NAAQS Designations

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has issued a revised rule to correct typographical errors in the Exceptional Events Rule, which affects the monitoring data used in designations for the 2008 ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS).
