EPA Denies Reconsideration of Oil-Bearing Hazardous Materials Rule

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has denied a petition for reconsideration of a rule regulating oil-bearing hazardous materials from the petroleum refining industry, following a review of the rulemaking process and a letter explaining the denial to the petitioners.
