DoD Issues Final Rule to Update List of Least Developed Countries Eligible Under Trade Agreements Act

The US Department of Defense has issued a final rule amending the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to update the list of 'least developed' countries designated as eligible countries under the Trade Agreements Act, following direction from the US Trade Representative
