TRICARE Program Overpayments Recovery Rule Amended to Comply with Debt Collection Improvement Act and Federal Claims Collection Standards

The Department of Defense has updated the TRICARE program regulation to recover erroneous payments, aligning with the Debt Collection Improvement Act of 1996 and revised Federal Claims Collection Standards, in response to the Debt Collection Improvement Act of 1996 and the revised Federal Claims Collection Standards.
