STB Corrects Error in Rail Rate Cases Revenue Shortfall Allocation Method

The Surface Transportation Board (STB) corrected an error in its Simplified Standards for Rail Rate Cases by adjusting the revenue shortfall to pre-tax dollars to align with the Revenue Shortfall Allocation Method, as outlined in STB Ex Parte No. 646 (Sub-No. 1), which was served on September 5, 2007.
