Bell Helicopter Textron Canada Proposes Revision to Airworthiness Directive for Model 206L, 206L-1, and 206L-3 Helicopters

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is considering a proposal to revise an existing airworthiness directive for Bell Helicopter Textron Canada Model 206L, 206L-1, and 206L-3 helicopters to allow for longer intervals between inspections of the tailbooms, which have been prone to fatigue cracks and corrosion.
