EPA Proposes Approval and Disapproval of Texas Implementation Plan Revisions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking public comment on a proposal to simultaneously approve and disapprove revisions to the Texas State Implementation Plan (SIP) for public participation on air permits for new and modified sources, with exceptions for certain SIP revisions submitted in 1995, 1998, and 1999.
