EPA Establishes Time-Limited Tolerances for Diflubenzuron Pesticide on Alfalfa

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has granted an emergency exemption under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) to use diflubenzuron on alfalfa and mixed grass/alfalfa fields, resulting in the establishment of time-limited tolerances for combined residues of diflubenzuron and its metabolites on these crops.
