Texas Increases Assessment Rate for Oranges and Grapefruit Grown in Lower Rio Grande Valley

The US Department of Agriculture has implemented a new assessment rate for oranges and grapefruit grown in Texas, increasing it from $0.03 to $0.04 per 7/10-bushel carton, as recommended by the Texas Valley Citrus Committee.
