U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Completes Final Environmental Report for Pacific L.A. Marine Terminal Project

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, in coordination with the Port of Long Beach, has completed a final environmental report for the Pacific L.A. Marine Terminal LLC Crude Oil Terminal Project, which requires authorization to build a new crude oil terminal in Los Angeles County, CA.
