DOE Proposes Rule to Exempt Former Employees from Post-Employment Restrictions for Communications

The Department of Energy (DOE) has issued a proposed rule allowing former employees of the executive branch to obtain approval from DOE to share scientific or technological information during their post-employment restrictions period.
