Coast Guard Announces Availability of Final Environmental Assessment for Integrated Tug and Barge MOKU PAHU

The U.S. Coast Guard has released the Final Environmental Assessment and Finding of No Significant Impact for the MOKU PAHU, a vessel that will utilize the Ecochlor Inc. Ballast Water Treatment System while operating in U.S. waters as part of the Shipboard Technology Evaluation Program.
