Unblocking of Specially Designated Narcotics Traffickers Pursuant to Executive Order 12978

The US Treasury Department's Office of Foreign Assets Control has published the names of five individuals whose assets have been unfrozen, following a 1995 executive order aimed at combating narcotics trafficking.
