NYSE Arca Grants Accelerated Approval for Archipelago Securities' Proposed Rule Change

NYSE Arca, Inc. has granted accelerated approval for Archipelago Securities' proposed rule change to expand the exception to NYSE Arca Equities Rule 3.10, allowing the company to route orders to NYSE Arca.
