U.S. Marine Corps Deletes System of Records Notice Under Privacy Act of 1974
The U.S. Marine Corps has removed a system of records notice from its inventory, as it is no longer subject to the Privacy Act of 1974, which was amended in 1974 (5 U.S.C. 552a).
