City of Palatka to Release Certain Airport Properties from FAA Agreement

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is releasing 14.26 acres of airport properties at the Kay Larkin Field in Palatka, Florida, from conditions and restrictions contained in a 1947 agreement with the City of Palatka, allowing the city to dispose of the land for non-aeronautical purposes.
