Marine Terminal Operators Petition for Changes to Long Beach Port Regulations

A group of 15 marine terminal operators, including APM Terminals Pacific Ltd. and SSA Terminals, LLC, have filed a petition with the U.S. Federal Maritime Commission seeking changes to regulations governing the use of port facilities at the Port of Long Beach.
