DoD and OPM Propose Regulation Update to National Security Personnel System

The Department of Defense and the Office of Personnel Management are proposing a new regulation to the National Security Personnel System, which governs staffing and employment for the Department of Defense, originally authorized in 2004 and amended in 2008 and 2009.
