EPA Proposes Approval of Connecticut's Enhanced Vehicle Inspection and Maintenance Program

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a revised State Implementation Plan (SIP) submitted by the State of Connecticut, which includes updated regulations for the enhanced motor vehicle inspection and maintenance program, including a test and repair network and on-board diagnostic testing of 1996 and newer vehicles.
