Bureau of Reclamation Adopts Final Rule on Land, Facilities, and Waterbodies Use

The Bureau of Reclamation is adopting a new final rule governing the use of its land, facilities, and waterbodies, superseding a 1983 rule with partial revisions in 2006, to address activities involving natural resource extraction and disturbance.
