Department of Transportation Invites Public Comment on Foreign Air Carrier Application

The Department of Transportation is seeking public input on a foreign air carrier's application for authorization, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, and the existing information collection request is set to expire on January 31, 2009.
