EPA Proposes Administrative Settlement Agreement for Borden Chemicals Printing Site in Camden, NJ

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing a settlement agreement with Hexion Specialty Chemicals, Inc. to address past costs at the Borden Chemicals Printing Site in Camden, New Jersey, under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA). The public has 30 days to comment on the proposal.
