Public Briefings on New H-2A Temporary Agricultural Labor Certification Program
The U.S. Department of Labor's Employment & Training Administration (ETA) is redesigning the H-2A temporary agricultural labor certification program, which will no longer use the Form ETA 750. The Department is reviewing public comments on the proposed rule and plans to publish final regulations before the end of the year. The changes will affect employers of foreign agricultural workers and are part of the Department of Labor's efforts to re-engineer several of its programs.
