U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Approves Speed Restrictions to Protect North Atlantic Right Whales

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has received approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to implement speed restrictions to reduce ship collisions with North Atlantic right whales, a threatened species.
