EPA Approves Updated Fuel Testing Procedures for Refiners and Laboratories

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is adopting twelve updated fuel testing procedures from the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM), which will replace earlier versions in EPA's motor vehicle fuel regulations, and also allows an alternative test method for olefins in gasoline.
