Office of Investment Security Issues Guidance on National Security Review Process

The Office of Investment Security has released guidance to U.S. businesses and foreign investors on the national security review process for transactions covered by the Defense Production Act and the Foreign Investment and National Security Act, as mandated by the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States.
