FMCSA to Submit Information Collection Request for Commercial Motor Vehicle Inspection, Repair, and Maintenance Records

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) is seeking public comment on a plan to revise and renew an information collection request for records of commercial motor vehicle inspections, repairs, and maintenance, which is necessary to reduce the likelihood of crashes and ensure motor carriers have adequate documentation of their maintenance programs.
