USDA Announces Request for Extension of Approval for Plant Pest Regulations

The Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) is seeking an extension of approval for an information collection related to plant pest regulations, allowing states to impose additional restrictions on plant imports to prevent the introduction of invasive species.
