Rural Utilities Service Publishes Final Rule on Accounting Requirements for Electric Borrowers

The Rural Utilities Service has finalized its Accounting Requirements for RUS Electric Borrowers, updating the system to include new categories, accounts, and definitions to ensure uniformity and consistency for all RUS awardees.
