U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Reopens Public Comment Period for Delta Smelt Reclassification

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is reopening the public comment period for a 90-day finding on a petition to reclassify the delta smelt from threatened to endangered under the Endangered Species Act of 1973, as amended.
