DHS Proposes Exemptions for IIRS System of Records

The Department of Homeland Security is proposing to exempt certain portions of the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Intelligence Records System from the Privacy Act of 1974 due to enforcement requirements related to criminal, civil, and administrative actions.
