EPA Seeks Comments on Proposed Information Collection Request for Endangered Species Protection Program

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is requesting public comment on a proposed information collection request to implement the enforcement component of the Endangered Species Protection Program, as part of its compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA). The EPA will submit the request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval.
