Bayer CropScience Requests Pesticide Tolerance for Mefenpyr-diethyl Herbicide

The company has asked for tolerances for residues of the herbicide mefenpyr-diethyl, which can be applied at a rate of up to 0.053 pounds per acre per growing season, on certain rotational crop commodities, following a request under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA).
