US Department of Commerce Finalizes Rescission of Antidumping Duty Review on Brazilian Steel Products

The US Department of Commerce has finalized the rescission of an antidumping duty review on hot-rolled steel from Brazil, following a request from Nucor Corporation, a domestic steel manufacturer. The review, which covered CSN and CST, a Brazilian steel producer, from March 1, 2007, to February 29, 2008, was not contested by any interested party.
