EPA to Renew Information Collection Request for Pesticide Registration under FIFRA Section 24(c)

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking public comments on a proposed renewal of an existing information collection request to collect data on pesticide registrations by states to meet a special local need, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA). The request, EPA ICR No. 0595.10, is set to expire on August 31, 2009.
