FSIS Requests Reinstatement of Overtime and Holiday Inspection Fees Information Collection

The US Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) is seeking to revive a previously approved data collection process for small and very small meat, poultry, and egg products establishments, with the aim of temporarily reducing overtime and holiday inspection fees using $20 million in de-obligated funds.
