U.S. Department of Homeland Security Announces Availability of Final Environmental Impact Statement for National Bio and Agro-Defense Facility

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security has released its final environmental impact statement for the proposed National Bio and Agro-Defense Facility, which aims to enhance U.S. biodefense capabilities and protect agriculture and food systems from foreign animal diseases and zoonotic diseases.
