American Battle Monuments Commission Provides Notice on Anti-Discrimination and Whistleblower Protections

The American Battle Monuments Commission is informing its employees, former employees, and applicants about their rights and remedies under federal antidiscrimination, whistleblower protection, and retaliation laws, in compliance with the Notification and Federal Employees Antidiscrimination and Retaliation Act (No FEAR Act).
