EPA Publishes Status Report on New Chemicals Received in November 2008

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has released a status report detailing the receipt and review of new chemicals under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) between November 3, 2008, and November 14, 2008, including premanufacture notices and test marketing exemptions.
