Maine Marine Sanitation Device Standard-Receipt of Petition

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has received a petition from the state of Maine, requesting that the agency determine if adequate facilities exist for safe sewage removal and treatment in the waters of Kennebunk, Kennebunkport, and Wells.
