Genesee & Wyoming Inc. Granted Control Exemption for Georgia Southwestern Railroad, Inc.
The Surface Transportation Board has granted Genesee & Wyoming Inc. an exemption to acquire indirect control of Georgia Southwestern Railroad, Inc., subject to labor protective conditions, following a stock purchase agreement between Genesee & Wyoming Inc. and Georgia Southwestern Railroad, Inc.
