EPA Establishes Clean Air Act Advisory Committee for Policy Advice

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) created the Clean Air Act Advisory Committee (CAAAC) on November 19, 1990, to provide independent guidance on implementing the Clean Air Act of 1990, covering economic, environmental, technical, scientific, and enforcement policy issues.
