USDA Forest Service Extends Scoping Comment Period for Palomar Gasline Transmission Project

The USDA Forest Service is revising its Notice of Intent to prepare a forest plan amendment for the Palomar Gasline Transmission Project, extending the public comment period from January 9, 2009, to February 4, 2009.
