Coast Guard Establishes Temporary Security Zone for 2009 Presidential Inauguration

The U.S. Coast Guard is creating a temporary security zone along the Potomac and Anacostia Rivers to safeguard people and property, and to prevent potential terrorist threats during the 2009 Presidential Inauguration events.
