EPA Approves Wisconsin's Air Quality Implementation Plans and NSR Reform Regulations

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved revisions to Wisconsin's air quality programs, which address the implementation of the NSR Reform provisions that were previously blocked by a court ruling in New York v. EPA, following public comments received on the proposed approval in April 2007.
